From my first post i already mentioned about changing the interface of this so called blog. later, in my second related post, i did changed the interface to K2 3 column with combinations of K2, obarath 3 columns customized by redux with background picture by his wife, Klee, thank you guys. The theme later customized by me by controlling layout using table instead of CSS due to a lot of my posts was messed up by the rich text editor resulting in the layout goes haywire, now i’m no longer turn on the rich text editor. I’ve decided it’s time to create my own theme and it’ll not be a modified theme.

The picture above is the draft design created in photoshop. The features I’m thinking of right now:

• it’s not a modified theme
• it’s going to be dark
• not so minimal yet not so heavy and still might not be that good
• it’s going to be 3 columns, i really need 2 sidebars
• it’s going to be more than 2 rows as well
• it’ll be valid XHTML strict
• it’ll use CSS to control the layout
• with all my best, try to get it rendered well on most browser. Netscape not going to be supported ahaha
• make it as fast as i can which is impossible considering job i already have in hand

Now that i mentioned XHTML and CSS, time to check my memory and skills on xhtml and css I scored 20/20 at both CSS and XHTML quizzes at w3schools ahaha. sure did, their questions are for beginner, i wouldn’t score much if they ask advance question I left front end programming for quite a while concentrating the back end system only, let’s see how it turns out.
